David Lubotta is the President and Managing Partner of DML Capital Partners, a privately held family office and advisory firm that invests in and supports businesses at key inflection points of growth. With more than two decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, corporate finance, and strategic leadership, David brings a disciplined yet entrepreneurial approach to identifying and developing high-potential opportunities.

Throughout his career, David has led and advised companies across health and wellness, consumer brands, technology, and real estate development, consistently demonstrating a talent for anticipating market shifts and structuring innovative transactions. His expertise lies in aligning strategic capital with visionary leadership—helping businesses scale, restructure, or prepare for liquidity events while maximizing long-term enterprise value.

Beyond his business leadership, David is deeply committed to philanthropy and community advancement, supporting initiatives across North America focused on healthcare, education, and social development. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he developed a global perspective on business strategy, governance, and value creation.
